KujaEcoPad Ambitions:

GOAL 1 — Keep Kuja Girls in school

through education and awareness of menstrual health and the provision of hygienic alternatives, we aim to support 60,000 girls over the next 3 years and track how many complete their education as a result

GOAL 2— Scale-up Production

transitioning from hand-made craft to an automated production chain (with the help of our new production centre 💗) we will increase production by 110% by 2024

GOAL 3— Inspire Female Entrepreneurs

by training 100 women from the surrounding region to become sales ambassadors by 2025, marginalised women will gain confidence, communication skills and valuable business skills (as well as commission for their work)

GOAL 4 — Provide Secure Income to Local Women

through regular income 70% higher than that of the national average, Kuja Women will be able to support their families, the environment and future generations of Cameroonians

GOAL 5 — Reduction in Environmental Waste

By 2028 KujaEcoPads aims to produce our pads using completely renewable energy and continue to reduce Co2 emissions, plastic waste and pollution by an estimated 85% compared to imported alternatives
